If you can stop the mind, you can enjoy an amazing peace.

In meditation, remain relaxed. The whole world is there, nothing is going to run away anywhere. We don’t have to be in a rush, don’t have to do anything. Just we have to make the mind to remain quiet. That is the first step to achieve. Then the rest of the things follow easily, like automatic – once you press the accelerator, you have to start the engine, then you have to press the accelerator, then change the gear, remove the handbrake – then automatically it moves. Like that here, your job is learn to become quiet mentally; mind would have become habitual to keep thinking, thinking, thinking, thinking, thinking.

Thinking is needed to work in this world, thinking is needed to plan your work in this world. But you don’t have to allow the mind from thinking to jump into an anxiousness or brooding unnecessarily. So you think, you plan, and you execute the work. That’s all. The rest of the time mind can remain quiet. It has to remain quiet, but it has become a bit habitual, a little bit pampered by every soul. And that’s why it keeps running like a monkey. Just you have to stop that and then you can enjoy the amazing peace.

You can attend to any problem of the world is no problem. Anything you can work is no problem. Just you have to understand – all the time keep worrying and brooding is not necessary. Sometimes when it is necessary, just you use; when it’s not necessary, you just remain quiet.
